The reason is that all the governmental position of Nepal are occupied by the upper caste people and they always try to hinder the movement against caste discrimination. If they get the letter in support of lower caste, the government workers will hide the letters there will be no publicity of your solidarity letters. So We have requested the Journalist association to be as eyewitness of our movements and your solidarity letters. So please send the letter both of of the address.
